WIWA’s HERKULES GX line of pumps consist of paint spraying units predominantly suited for large work areas and thick film coatings, where high pressure and high volumetric output are required. The WIWA HERKULES is a dynamic and powerful addition to the standard airless product range, offering pressure ratios of up to 88:1. WIWA’s HERKULES 333 GX, the newest family member, with the largest and most powerful air motor yet, provides the user with the highest level of production possible.
The new oil-less air motor technology, low noise, and anti-icing features not only provide for an improved working environment, but with an unmatched production capability, these units can effortlessly feed multiple spray guns using considerably longer lengths of paint hose. These sprayers are uniquely designed for continuous operation in the toughest of conditions and are ideal for automation and paint circulation systems. Their rugged construction and user friendly operation place the HERKULES sprayer into a class of its own. All the moving parts inside the main fluid section that meet the liquid product are made of stainless steel and are engineered to require minimal maintenance, increasing durability and reducing the cost of ownership for the customer.
WIWA’s HERKULES GX Sprayers will deliver with the following:
• A heavy duty two wheel cart, including ring bolts for easy lifting
• Self-adjusting pump packings, resulting in less wear and tear and reduced maintenance costs
• Coarse material pump threads for easier in-field disassembly
• A QR code on the machine for quick access to the instrument’s technical data
• A hook spanner wrench for the easy-to-open material pump and high pressure filter assembly
• Optional paint hoses of all sizes and lengths
• High and low pressure spray tips of varying fan sizes
• Bottom load or front load spray guns for use in environments requiring high or low pressure atomization
• Safety spray tip guards
• Any and all desired repair kits for the specific pump being used.
